Educational purposes only
Use the Platform only for its intended educational purposes.

Respect the intellectual property rights of ATARise and other users.

Not engage in behaviour that disrupts the Platform or other users' experience.
No unauthorised access
Not attempt to access restricted areas, other users' accounts, or our systems.
No automation
Not use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools.
Legal compliance
Comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant ATARise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.
All exam questions, study materials, analytics tools, and other content provided by ATARise are owned by ATARise or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from ATARise content without prior written permission.
The Platform, including its design, code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and all content created by ATARise, is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that:

Informal Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at support@atarise.com.au to resolve any disputes informally.
Mediation
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may refer the dispute to mediation under the rules of the Resolution Institute (Australia).
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
