Growth Marketing Manager

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of ATARise's growth across digital channels. You will focus on student acquisition during key seasonal periods (VCE enrolment, exam season), build partnerships with schools, and optimise our conversion funnel from awareness to paid subscription.

• Develop and execute growth strategies across organic and paid channels
• Own the acquisition funnel from awareness through to conversion
• Build and manage school partnership outreach programs
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns around VCE exam periods
• Analyse growth metrics and report on performance to leadership
• Manage marketing budget allocation across channels

• Minimum 4 years experience in growth or performance marketing
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition for B2C or B2B2C products
• Experience with SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Meta), email marketing, and content marketing
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel)
• Strong copywriting and communication skills

• Experience in education marketing or edtech growth
• Understanding of the Australian secondary education landscape
• Experience with referral programs and viral marketing
• Community building or social media management experience
• Prior startup experience
