Operations Coordinator

As Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of ATARise's day-to-day operations. You will manage customer support, coordinate between teams, handle vendor relationships, and ensure our students and school partners have a seamless experience. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Manage student and school partner support across email and chat channels
• Coordinate cross-functional projects between engineering, design, and content teams
• Maintain and improve internal processes and documentation
• Handle vendor relationships and procurement
• Assist with onboarding new school partnerships
• Track and report on operational metrics

• Minimum 2 years experience in operations, customer success, or similar role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience with helpdesk or CRM tools (Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience in edtech or education industry
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Event planning or community management experience
• Understanding of Victorian education system
